Yah, well... you can draw your line in the sand somewhere if it makes you feel better but it won't change anything. I don't buy from Amazon - but many people do. Like you, it just makes me feel better.
An amazon driver backed into my van in my driveway. Because there's no video(although my neighbor saw him back in), their insurance carrier won't pay. Screw amazon<small "a" intentional.

I rarely use the TB search feature, but I occasionally try out of desperation.

I just got the alert. It wasn’t my first time do I get a prize or something?

Everyone makes mistakes and searches, but let's not make a bad habit out it it.

Quiet work day, and since I've got time before the PCB arrives and I can dig into the project, I thought I'd do some mock ups of projects I've got on the horizon. First up is the 360+ I'm laying out. I was contemplating adding an integrated DI into the 360+ directly, but since I've had plans for a rack version of the Wolfbox/Acme Motown for a while, figured it'd be more versatile to just run the 360+ into one of those inputs. May add a footswitch out to the 360+, but since it's probably going to live in a rack, I'm undecided if that's necessary. The Hitsville Duo is my take on the Wolfbox, with some changes. Namely, using CAPI Transformers that have taps for different ratios, so can be switchable. I also had plans to integrate a sum out of both inputs, in case I was running my 4001 andonly had one channel available when recording, but I think I've decided against it and just to keep it simple. Toughest thing will be getting the front and rear plates printed properly and affordably.

Dig!

I remember reading about them using a corner of a Magnavox color TV assembly facility in St Louis but never of that closure…..where did you read that? be interesting to know what year that was…i.e. did they only get to build Blueline models there?…
What Hartley did to his long time employees was disgusting. Mike is right to have the feelings he has. I feel the same way.

I like their old, heavy, solid state amps. They are along the lines of ACC amps. I think Kara has at least one of them. She hasn't been around for a while. I hope all's well with her.
Buying used isn’t a problem for me if I come across something decent. But I will not buy anything new from them. I’m with Mike on this one. And it isn’t so much that they did it, it’s how they did it. Even though the MiniMax is a nice amp. Hard pass giving them my money. Ever.

I like it. If you want to build a rack mount 360, please build one for me too. DiCossimo seems to be asleep at the switch. I hate when people release prototype project info, but don’t follow through on the execution.

I wonder if @Sensei Tim would be interested in helping us out. Although I don’t know if he’ll consider a rack mount option.

I looked at their 'new' line of combo bass amps, but the prices weren't as good as Rumbles, they're heavier, and the early reviews were not very good(Q.C.), so hard pass.
