All this talk of ultimate amps has made me tired... Just kidding...
The three point bridge in my Classic Pro, it's got a radius to it. I know a guy who owns a guitar shop in town and he says they don't start out that way, but get distorted over time due to the tension of the strings. Is there any truth to that?
I'm mulling over whether to spend on a new bridge or not.

I’m calling 🐂💩

IDK, he seems to have a well defined notion of what he wants out of something. I could see myself falling into that trap at times though. Especially with my Kemper. Do I want to use a V4B? SVT? AD200? GK? Mesa? Maybe just a Noble.
I'm considering selling off my SVT again. It's heavy, and doesn't sound so much better than my GK700RB, really.
Ok, it does. But I don't know that, with my lo-fi gig scene and my potential for a major future in music, it's better enough to not liquidate it for a bass I really want to play.
Speaking of the paradox of choice, running after gear had made me as miserable as anything. Hell with it. I just want to play.

I’m an SVT fan. It would never occur to me to sell my SVT VR. My “estate” will easily be able to recover what I paid for it. And it’s way different than my Mesa heads. But a 700 RB would be cool to add to the family. I guess my thought is Chill, play, and enjoy.

I have one I pulled off of something that does that. It’s in my “boxes of stuff.” I think it came off a Korean Epi Goth that has been gone for some years now. I thought it came from the factory that way.

If you have the coin, put a Babicz on it. Otherwise, three points work fine.

Miss Hall was not a nun. As a third grader, I didn't understand hot but knew she had it.
Where did you grow up again? We knew hot in the third grade. Sally Field, Mary Ann, Jeannie, Merideth MacCrae, Jane Fonda, Tuesday Weld, Raquel Welch, Joey Heatherton, Nancy Sinatra…I’ll stop. But there were a lot more.

Don't know about Epi, but on a Gibson 3-point the center two saddles are higher that the outer two. I can't possiblt see how the bridge itself could get distorted. Only with some weird Quantum Mechanics at play.

I had Nancy Sinatra album with "These Boots..." on it. Enjoyed the music and then cover of that and the Herb Alpert album with a nice lady on the wing of a plane.

Yah, as much as 'nun-fetish' is a (naughty) thing for Catholics (Catholic men that is)... I've fortunately never felt inclined to subscribe to it. I unplugged from religion across the board as soon as I left the nest, so there's that.

I have a copy of the LP. I bought it at a Goodwill. If you walk into any Goodwill/Salvation Army/thrift store that has an LP/album section/rack.., you'll find at least one copy of it. That and the South Pacific (soundtrack)... at least one of each.

Yes. But proper people don't talk about it....or post pics of it on the internet.

Some kids should stay in them. Along with their "parents."
There. We all know it and it needed to be said. (Not meaning Dave's gr-children.)
...wait, doesn't everybody keep their kids in a cage? ;) < [sorry, left this out...]
