Mind the Gap….Can you parallel park that thing?
someone very tiny...
One of the best - a "Creamsicle ... growing up in the hot/muggy midwest at this time of year we always made our own popsicles cast in rubber molds in the freezer with Kool-Aid or something. A staple summer treat.Been hot here, so went old school.

Not a Thunderbird, but this arrived today. Very nice feeling neck and I really like it so far.

very small...Let's get small..
Sounds like a Ric I once had.I had the same model and year but in Fireglo. It sounded and played great except that the neck was not stable and needed a very costly repair to make it playable. Had to find a new home for it…
This is fantastic!!!!Thanks Dave,

Why not. Everybody is printing money these days, so go run off a few Ks in whatever color you like and sent it my way.Would Monopoly money work?

I'll post a clip. Now wait a minute, you can’t just waltz into this THUNDERBIRD club praise the virtues of the Casady bass then turn around and drop the mic as you walk away! We wanna hear how good it sounds, post that darn video!
Seriously, everybody I know that has the JC bass gushes about how nice it sounds, but I’ve still never actually played or heard one. I’m very JC curious right now.
If it truly sounds as good as everyone claims maybe a JC pup and electronics implant in a Tbird body would be interesting, haven’t seen that done before, and yes, I’d do it if the sound is interesting and useable, I’ve done stranger things to Tbirds.
I would think it would sound very similar to my shot horn. Same pickups, bridge, and just a different size masonite body.I came home from BG rehearsal to learn I bought this '99 Dano 24 fret longhorn. I threw down a low bid thinking, 'whatever'... and they accepted! Love the tone of my Dano-made Coral Deluxe Bass and two Silvertone 1445 Hornets, so I can't imagine regretting it! Never owned one... possibly never played one! It's MIK which is a plus - Korean = quality in my book. Longhorns came in many fun colours, but I dig the classic noir colour-scheme.All I know is they are light-weight, sound and play good, and are about as iconic as all get-out. Only guitar more iconic is a Dano Longhorn 6-string baritone.(tic-toc bass) I'm counting on it being fun to play!
As advertised in VGC - minimal wear, straight neck - checks all the boxes.
