I used to frequent Giordano's when I lived in Chicago in the '80s - I like the Chicago Style pizza. I also like Sicilian style. Come to think of it, I like all styles of pizza! (but hold the anchovies and pineapple...)Went to a Giordano's in Orlando a coupla times. Took one look at a "Chicago Style".Waaay too much 'bread' with the toppings.
I notice that 2 or 3 chains are making "NY Style" pizza.
Maybe.
Prolly not.
Wow! Great price! The pg is as noted not original so is the pu also a replacement? (not mentioned) If so, it appears the seller wasn't aware of what they had. Rock it Marshall!Thank you. And the lord said, it shall be Pelham Blue.

That's the ticket! You should leave the hs face black to retain the decal. That was a great price for a rare Thunderbird. This one will get a Lollar and a Wilkins refin in Pelham Blue. And a Tusq nut. BaCHs Rock!
It’s the BaCH with the mystery pickup! It definitely isn’t an Artec. I’ll take plenty of pics. Most likely, the pickup rout had to be slightly enlarged.Wow! Great price! Ditto but pineapple is great.I used to frequent Giordano's when I lived in Chicago in the '80s - I like the Chicago Style pizza. I also like Sicilian style. Come to think of it, I like all styles of pizza! (but hold the anchovies and pineapple...)
And burnt (over thermalized) pepperoni. That's a bad as overdone/burnt bacon. Both are nasty.I used to frequent Giordano's when I lived in Chicago in the '80s - I like the Chicago Style pizza. I also like Sicilian style. Come to think of it, I like all styles of pizza! (but hold the anchovies and pineapple...)
It depends on how the face looks. Irv can probably do a decal. He has already done a large one for my case. He would just need to scale it down. That's the ticket! You should leave the hs face black to retain the decal.
Thanks George. Total spur of the moment. I came in from doing yard work, checked the thread, and saw @saltymonkey ’s heads up post. All toll, it was less than a minute from seeing the post to pulling the trigger.Sweet catch Marshall! A black and blue set of BaCHs. Life just doesn’t get much better than that.
Similar here - no formal jazz education but plenty of jazz listening and jam-sessions ala late-'60s/'70s Miles with ex-Berklee musicians. We always refer to it as "fake jazz" but it goes pretty deep sometimes. TSC plays "Boogie, Stop, Shuffle" by Mingus and a couple of Pauls originals have jazz influences. Watermelon Man is fun-ky!I got a little jazz ed at Berklee for a year, found some locals later on, when I moved to RI and we were doing some Miles jams and a surf version of Monk's "Straight No Chaser". Doused myself in Mahavishnu Orchestra and some 70s Herbie Hancock (w/ Paul Jackson on bass) around that time, but I've just always been kind of a punk rocker.
I remember Watermelon Man being more thematic than anything, kind of a jam inside a simple framework. Am I right?...
I was going to post a photo of a TRC I just did with a gold Bach logo, but it appears the latest iOS update has taken away my ability to upload photos. That's the ticket! You should leave the hs face black to retain the decal.
I am having the same issue.I was going to post a photo of a TRC I just did with a gold Bach logo, but it appears the latest iOS update has taken away my ability to upload photos.

Ha! Nice work as always Irv.
Pizza is good even with anchovies. Pineapple on pizza is a sign of the apocalypse and to be avoided.I used to frequent Giordano's when I lived in Chicago in the '80s - I like the Chicago Style pizza. Works fine for me on iPad with the latest version…I was going to post a photo of a TRC I just did with a gold Bach logo, but it appears the latest iOS update has taken away my ability to upload photos.
