"The second was a lady in the typical SS look." I read it that the lady was (dressed) in "the SS look", as in her outfit? I just wondered what a typical SS "look" looked like.
If I saw a lady dressed like this standing next to a Cyber truck, it would make sense visually.
It kinda is normal these days. A good deal even w/a HSC. Gone are the days when you could buy a Goth for $250.
Depends. Keep in mind that they’re not rare at all. They’re listed at prices from $250 to $750. They are either Korean until about ‘07 or Chinese. They have the 1.72 nuts until about ‘14, when they started making them with the slimmer 1.5 nut width neck. I have a ‘10 that I got as new old stock about five years ago for $250, but that was a rare find. These days, $350 to $400 for one in very good or better condition is the most I’d pay. Add $40 to $50 for a case, maybe a bit more if it’s one of the early sturdy Epi Tolex cases in good shape. If it ships without a case, you can save money by popping the neck and using a smaller box.

Yeah, there’s one in San Antonio on FB Market, with a Fender amo, for $450. And I’ve seen them cheaper recently.
Prices are lower on local listings, CL and the like. Main problem is that a lot of them are pretty beat as the finish really shows scuffs and scratches. And the majority of them are older and weren’t necessarily well cared for. Heck. A first run ‘04 could even be considered “vintage.”Cheapest one on eBay today is $400 local pick-up.
