I have an XR18. I’m currently using it as an audio interface.May or may not help, but at church we sold our really nice Allen-Heath desk and bought a Behringer Air XR-18 digital soundboard. We lost a few channels, but made it work easy enough. (You can use a sub board into one channel if needed.) The beauty is you can save as many soundboards ("scenes"), as you like. One for each band that plays there, in this case. We have one saved for our church, one for the Burmese church, one for children's events, etc. No limit except the computer storage. No more figuring out or remembering what worked and needs to be changed. Just load what worked last time and in 10 seconds there it is. It's wonderful--and crazy affordable. Lots of cool features like gates, compressors, and nice EQ options. If nothing else, they could save basic good mix and go from there. They wouldn't have to start all over the next time EQing the same room. Irv said one of his bands used this as well.

That sucks!Welp, my company told me I have until Jan 1st to move back to Washington or we will need to "separate", so guess it's time to start looking for new work. Gotta love it right before the Holidays.![]()

Tom Barbieri sits in from time to time...Two percussionists?
After my last day, which was 11/15.I did over 30 years and they just kept making things difficult, and piling on more and more pressure so I quit.
34 years in the end and it was like a weight being lifted off my shoulders.
Secret Chargers fan?My wood tool box was powder blue. Don't recall why it ended up that color.

@EngleHey, who here had done rings for the DeCola pickups? I might have a change to have them 3-D printed so if anyone knows if there's any "blueprints" available?
