@JJR58 happy belated birthday. Been in a conference on digital twins this week and TB forgot to send me notifications.
And no, digital twins aren’t…never mind.

We had some Volvos over the years. It would take some looking to find pics. 544, 240, 740, 760, 940, and S80. No pics with Tbirds. It has been a string of Subies for me since 2013.Now we just need Italian, French, Scandinavian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Australian cars to round out the picture. Any club members to fill those voids would be ultra cool. Extra points if a bird is in the picture.
The Queens Subie with a Greco shot always makes my day. And @RedVee I'm sure has something from down under to add. I think @MCF had some Scandinavian rides at one point.
You can buy more bits to expand it, but it comes with enough gear to hold up to 7.My 5er holds 8.

I keep hoping his basses will pop up for sale but haven’t heard a peep.
Happy Birthday JeffThank you good sir.![]()
Unless Sir Paul is playing. Then it looks fine. Objective for me! I know it when I see it.I don't mind player wear on something old. But it looks out of place on something 5 yrs old. But that's just me. Take Hofner Violin basses To me they look awful, no, stupid. However, if I played one and it was more amazing than an old Thunderbird and a Pbass combined, I would likely play one. It's been so long since I played one I have no idea what they sound like in person. Hofners I would like to own are the Club and President. For me, the Violin bass is like finger nails on a chalkboard with a tongue on a 9v battery. An old beat up and well played P or J. I love it.
Thank you so much, Geoff.Happy Birthday Jeff

No. Other than it has been that way for ever. Saddles are shallow. Stings sit over the saddles and in the nut. I always thought it was primarily for stability.Does anyone know why nuts are round to fit the strings while bridge saddles are typically V-shaped?
Note: shaped like the letter V, not like Queen V.
Impressive.Mar says “Let’s do this!”
