Yeah we don’t crank the heat up
Low and slow, add some baking powder and a touch more milk usually

If you try to cook it hotter and too fast it will collapse the center, especially cake

350-375 is pretty normal

Kinda fun fact, water needs 1* less per 1000 feet to boil due to change of air pressure
So water boils at 206-208 around here

We won’t discuss the 22% loss of horsepower up here…
How do engines with turbos act there? Do those engines in particular have to tuned differently to account for the elevation?
