Has anyone direct wired both pickups in a tbird direct to the output jack in series? I just bought a Blackbird with the on/off switch, and before it gets here Im trying to figure out how that would sound. I'm assuming they are both in parallel from the switch to the jack stock.

She actually just posted that pic on FB and remarked that it may have been the only time she ever wore a long skirt and boots on stage.

Nothing like the Winterland. An old ice rink converted to a concert hall. Talk about a contact high. Those were the days.

Good evening Thunderbird loving sisters and brothers. Haven't posted in awhile, working too many hours, but still love to drop in. The reference to the shows at the Winterland remind me that a new Dave's Picks is on the way. I always enjoy these coming in the mail. This is from a '76 show so should have Keith Godchaux on keys. A touch of the flu derailed my travel plans for this week. I should be in New Orleans right now ending three days of vacationing with my wife, before a few days of seminar. Glad to be feeling like I am getting back among the living. Has given me time (although little energy) to spend with my Thunderbirds, especially the NR. Something about that neck just works for me. Feels like I have been playing for years, although it is relatively new to me.
