Thunderbird Club

LOL - (in my best Martha Stewart voice) Anytime a bouquet of roses have faded (usually about a week after purchase) I just rip the pedals off the flower and sprinkle them various places around the house. Adds a bit of color as they dry, then after a couple weeks they are gathered and put in sachets with a few drops of perfume and placed in dresser drawers. :smug:

Shaving your legs is the next step...... 🙀

All out. I may run another batch, my costs have skyrocketed. I have to think about it.
If you do, I’ll buy 3 of the pickup covers and a bridge cover, I’ve had terrible luck trying to source them otherwise. I have bridge covers for two of my basses, but the pickup covers have…”wandered off”.

And borrowing one of your sparkly dresses.
I've loaned basses out, no problem! Dresses, nope! :D

LOL - my feminine side lives vicariously through others.
This is about as far as I swing in the sparkly direction….

I have covers for the '64 Thunderbird and '55 Pbass. Let the bidding begin! :smug:
(I would actually never sell them. Well, unless I could buy a vintage bass with the proceeds. )

You forgot to say it's so easy.

This, exactly. I'll take a couple of each. What would I actually do with them? I don't know, exactly. The 2013 EB might look good with covers. Then again, that might make it a pain in the butt to play.

So today was a day that was kinda planned over a month ago.
I was ready to back out of it 2 days ago since I’ve got a few things to tackle, never mind trying to physically go to a music store.
So this past Monday, Anja’s dad firmed up the trip. I couldn’t say no.
It was his idea to begin with.
Anja her folks and I took a trip to Thomanns today.
Gotta a love a small footprint that sounds as huge as the big boys.
Quilter V803 and an Eich 112XS.
And to my surprise, Anja’s mom and dad bought me the cab.
