I think Yamaha has the only motorcycle-amplified instrument familial relationship. These were certainly capable of bringing the thunder, though!
think I may take you up on the KS strings...I haven't done strap locks on any of my "vintage" Birds, both of my '76s have a pin at the neck heel which seem to work well, I've never thought I'd have
it come loose. I highly recommend Ken Smith Rock Masters for this year Bird, even though I know you'll put some Roto Sounds on it![]()
