It'll be a while before I can play them, but I'm closer now that my routs will actually fit them...
I've only used my router a handful of times, but this came out damn near perfect.

Sorry Buddha. I keep forgetting you’re a lefty. I still look at pictures of Ken and think it’s just a reversed image.
But you see, its the distance from the string to the edge of the fretboard that I don't know, for a 34" scale, 1.5" nut width, and Gibson T-bird 0.70 bridge spacing.
If the bridge was assembled to the body, I could rebolt the neck and mock it up, but its not, yet.
My one Gibson bass (LP DC Tribute) has the same 3-pt bridge, but it's a 30.5" shortscale and has a 1.6" nut, and a 3.5mm edge space.
But 3.5 more inches of neck means everything gets narrower.
By how much, I do not know yet.

I saw a story about 6-9 months ago that a lot of places are getting tired of the their cities being inundated by Americans. I don't recall where, but one place (southern Europe maybe), was mostly getting people California and they were not happy as they seemed to be taking over and changing the culture. I'm sure the same would have been said from people from any state.

So that's where my old router is. No wonder I can't find it!
I have a set as well for my '66 NR that is being rehabbed. After talking with Matt and one test user who knew him and his work, I think the will sound really good. He was trying to vintage tone, but with a little more output. Going to be a while before the '66 is ready for them, but I can't wait to hear what they sound like.
If for some reason crazy they sound "modern" or not good (which I seriously doubt), they will likely end up in the Epi Embassy and the Epi Probuckers will end up in the '66 as initially planned after all.
