Thunderbird Club

It will be interesting to find out what MJT says about repairing that. Normally for repairs in lacquer, you can airbrush colour to blend into the existing, then clear over it and the new lacquer will melt into the old.

I personally prefer tung oil finish on a neck, so I would look at it as a reason to strip the back of the neck:)
I'm with you. My '62 Jazz has been played enough the finish has worn off the most the back of the neck. I love it. My '55 Pbass is similar not not to that extent. That was one thing I really liked about my EBMM. I prefer an "unfinished" neck.

And we're back to detectives and murders:)
What could be more fun! :D We like them because we try to think through what's going on to see if we can figure out who did it. Of course they are kind of rigged so you have to account for that. But never cared for the shows that were gratuitously graphic. Gore isn't entertainment for me, nor where kids are involved. Unless the perp gets flayed and eaten by cannibals, then the gore is completely acceptable! :roflmao:

I like to watch the occasional zombie movie:)

We practiced the Lara’s Theme bass duet last night and I needed more clarity/high end than I was getting from the Ripper, so I thought I’d try my SB600 - that’s the ticket!

Woohoo! Ceeeeelebrate good time, come on!
Well, let's be honest. When Marshall leaves work the last time, Freebird is the only appropriate song to be blared from the radio on the way home. Repeatedly if necessary. (And the Live version not album version.)

This is what I did as I peeled out of the HS parking lot for the last time.
Felt good. Really good.

I'd go with Johnny Paycheck.
