And to show off something, here's my "new" Roland RS-202 string synthesizer (or string machine as I prefer to call it). I turned 50 last November and didn't buy anything then if I recall correctly and didn't get anything for Christmas either so when a friend was selling this I thought those are my excuses.
From 1976 so almost as old as me. Used by Tony Banks, Peter Bardens, Robin Lumley, Nick Magnus and many others. Sounds perfect and has the Roland's legendary "Ensemble" effect which really does the 75%.

What’s your favorite fly fishing area? Always wanted to fish there. But when I’ve traveled to fish, Montana got the call. I learned to ski at Sundance.

They can rag on California all they want. But it’s a beautiful state. At the end of the day, family ties and the diverse beauty have kept us here. Others who complain about it can move out or not come. Which is totally fine by me.

I am a bit behind but I will play along.

My best bass, despite flaws and scars is my 2001 Gibson Bird.

My favorite player lately is my Nocturnal Bird. Made a couple of updates to the electronics so have been playing it a lot more to find my preferred settings.

My favorite song is too difficult to pin down. So many songs I love so choosing "the one" is difficult because the current "favorite" is mood-driven.

Been here 40 years now (44 if you count time on various bases) and what complaining I may have ever done was never about the place.

"They call it paradise" for a reason.

Boat fishing for me. Strawberry Reservoir for Cuthroats, Kokanee, and Rainbows, Bear Lake for Lake trout, Flaming Gorge for massive Lake Trout and Rainbows, Pineview Resevoir for huge Pike, Willard Bay for Wiper, Catfish, and Walleyes, Mammoth Lake for Tiger Trout, Green River for Sturgeon, Lake Powell for Stripers, Largemouth and Smallmouth bass, and many streams for Brook Trout. Plus many other reservoirs and streams, rivers.
