Thunderbird Club

Damn…

I find that this is pretty much what always happens these days. Plenty of people that would come, but never can….

My days of playing out may be over soon. Playing to 4 or 5 people and the other bands is pretty discouraging.
Yep. Dealing with my brother’s MIL’s memorial service that weekend. It’s always something.

Coming this summer: EB tapewould bass strings

Huh. They also come in short scale. Could be worth a try on the 7ender Mustang MIM short scale PJ.

Nope. The bridge cover is a repro. I would like to find a pickup cover, just to have one for it. But I wouldn’t keep it on. Gets in the way.
Sad that so many ended up lost to time.
When I assemble together my Ric copy, I put the bridge pickup cover on and left it for about a year.
I adapted, but eventually I found I wanted to play right over the pickup.

That was my experience when I had a heavy rock band. Playing covers isn't always as cool, but a full pub with people dancing can be a lot of fun.

Maybe something like this.
Just looks like tiny pieces of glass. A Thunderbird makes a statement.
