I’d say get that AD200, they are pretty awesome, the price is pretty good. Seems like it’s been well cared for.

The 410HLF is not a cab I can recommend. I’ve had at least one, (maybe even two, it might have taken me two tries to learn). IMO, a very muddy and dark cabinet, really could never get the definition I wanted from it when used in a band situation with the SVT II-Pro I had at the time.

The AD200 and its companion OBC115 is a great sounding rig, with a surprising amount of definition and highs coming from that ported 115.

Thanks for the note re your experience with that HLF cab Rich. It seems many on TB agree with you. A few seem to like it. Tempting because the ask is 25% of a new one. But it’ll be a pass for me as it will likely not meet my tonal preferences even with the tweeter. It’s for the best. I was thinking of checking it out since up I’m up on the mountain today and tomorrow and it’s pretty close. I won’t bother. I’ve got plenty of other things to do up here.

Some fun from Friday night, our first time at Tony V's Garage in Everett, WA., this was early in the night. We had a good crowd and the venue liked us and what we played (New Wave) as it was a bit different from their usual - we'll be back

Yes, I have yet to play through one and that's deliberate at this point...

I got to play through a couple when I was a kid. And Will’s in his basement. I still want one.

These two kinda were responsible.......

I still like them both a lot, and they were fun songs to learn as I began playing them on my Mateo EB-0 copy in '74.

I learned Down On The Corner, Who’ll Stop The Rain, Have You Ever Seen The Rain, Lodi, and others. They were great songs for a beginner. We frequently did Time is Tight and moved right into Down on The Corner. Easy and fun. And everyone always liked them.

They were certainly popular in Seattle, at the time I didn't know they were a California band, I had them pegged for Louisiana in my early teenage brain.

Fun fact. The managing partner of the first firm I worked at (for eight long hard years) managed them when they were known as the Blue Velvets and then for awhile as the Golliwogs. He had stories. He did not care for JF who I still like.

Also, it’s shaped like a typical 810e, with the towel bar and bevels on the back, but the balance is terrible when moving it and it’s really pretty heavy.

Stu Cook is firmly in my pantheon of influences.

"Have You Ever Seen The Rain," "Down On The Corner" and "Night Time is the Right Time" are in my short repertiore of songs I can mangle more or less from memory now.

Hey oyster guys..
We had a spring event yesterday at the marina.
It’s called the” burning of the socks”
It’s a Chesapeake Bay tradition that at the end of the winter season the people that live aboard are tired of wearing their stinky wool socks.
We built a fire and burned the offending socks.
Sometimes I think my fellow boaters are looking for a reason to throw a party.

We shucked Two bushels of fresh caught oysters.
Had them on the half shell as fast as I could put them out and grilled a ton depending on what you wanted on them.
Garlic butter, onions, jalapeno, Parmesan,spinach,hot sauce, bacon.
Had two kegs of Guinness and some Jameson Black.
Not a bad weekend.

Yep. We did Mississippi Queen because my guitar buddy loved to show off. We also learned but rarely did Theme For An Imaginary Western and Nantucket Sleighride. But they didn’t go over as well. They were either too slow or I sucked. Maybe a bit of both?

Two of my most favorite Mountain songs! But a lot of people only know Mississippi Queen so they expect Mountain’s music to all be hard & heavy. Silly but there it is.
