Thunderbird Club

Two-more-coats Tuesday.

Gettin glossy.

Also I think at this point I actually have more $$ in paint than in the original kit.

My first "new" job in more than 20 years, I'm almost nervous :woot:
I haven't even filled out an application, don't know what I'm getting paid, don't care.
You'll be working at a music store. Pay is irrelevant. If like Scott, they will get much of it back anyway. (House of Guitars seems to have stumbled on a devious way to sell basses.) Unless they up the Thunderbird herd you are likely safe. :smug:

48:28 - a poignant response from Geddy related to playing with a guitar/drums/bass trio. Both bass player & guitarists are fluidly covering dual roles - I totally identify with that need to move between bass and rhythm player playing with only one guitarist. Key's are 'sort of' a lead/rhythm element, but done right create a fourth melodic element in the mix in a quartette. .

At 52:03 they talk about their producer inspiring them with his positive energy. We (The Sean Conneries, and Bond Girl too) are lucky to have that positive energy source recording us (engineer +) here in SF. I always look forward to hangin' with Robert to record. He makes the day go so smoothly!

I found when in band with only guitar, bass and drums, I played differently than with two guitars. Keyboard seemed less of an impact.

Sell! Sell! Sell! How cool, I would move to Sea for a retirement gig like that! Congrats your Highness!

I see Lull is hiring as well, but they want full time and are in Bellevue - I wouldn't do the drive there on a regular basis, Seattle beckons you.
