2012 Gibson Explorer w/ Gibson case, Schallers, and case candy. Kind of a "cousin" of the Thunderbird. I put a low-ball bid on it on ebay and got a notification, while on vacation, that I had won. Winning bid was $46 more than a new Epi Pro bird. Sometimes you get lucky.:D

Very very nice.

Oh MAN!!! @Off-Beat doesn't smack his head on the floor too hard when he passes out from seeing the deal you got on that thing!!!

haha, I actually love it.

Maybe you & @ProgressiveDoom should swap notes;)
I really like the sound of a Precision for some things, but I prefer the ergos of a Thunderbird by far. The P-Bird will be a 7ender in all ways except shape. Shape will be all 'Bird. I haven't decided whether to put covers over the bridge and pickup or not, just to make it look even more like a single pickup 'Bird. It doesn't have the raised center block like Sliky Smoove's but I think it will look pretty good anyway.

It will be red instead of white. I'm hoping to have time to do the finishing in August.
