Dovewing wondered to himself, perhaps he even went beyond the norms of acceptable means. Maybe he hired private investigators to locate the owners of the basses, including people that weren't willing to sell, because who would want to sell a sweet frost blue Thunderbird or Firemist gold NR T-bird? Then if the owners refused to sell he had hit men take them out and made it look like a suicide but not before forcing them to include Geddy in their wills as the benefactor of their precious bass.

I have only been there once but I thought that overpass looked familiar: where the concrete Troll lives. Isn't the "sound garden" visible from nearby it?Troll was capitalized, properly.

For some reason I read that as eggplant. Lol
Hmmm, still good advice. Eat that eggplant one bite at a time.

To be honest, unless I win the lottery, I'm pretty sure I'll never own a Gibson, but I'm so pleased that I'll be able to get the vintage pro for a reasonable price. Now I just need to decide whether to go for white or ebony, and hope that my local shop gets some in soon so that I can trade the Tokai! And the price, with VAT included, is comparable to what we'll pay on this side of the pond. Everything is pointing to a successful launch for Epi. And some of what they showed at the summer NAMM shows an interesting expansion of the bass lineup. It's always good when we have a variety of choices between competing makers. Everybody wins. If Gibson gets back in the game next year, we'll have some real GAS pain.
