Still haven't covered the bridge pup cavity on the Epi, but the Thunderbucker ring and spacer look totally schmick.

Yeah, bucket list. I've done Silfra, which was really cool. And the Indo-Pacific just puts the Caribbean to shame. Loved it.

Been diving the Yongala wreck at the Great Barrier Reef and Palau too, which was nothing short of amazing.

Not sure about the rest of the Dream but I love the Lotus. Those are fantastic autocross track cars but they'll beat your kidneys to mush on city streets. The one I drove had such a firm suspension, stiff tires and hard seats that you could run over a dime and tell if it was heads or tales.

Sound like my VW Polo which is lowered and has firm sports suspension.... Was even way worse when it had 17" low profile rims - Could just feel every bump and pothole in the streets, which are horrible here in Copenhagen.

Seems to me that I tried that button once before and it didn't work, but it does now so that's what it looks like I'll use going forward.
BTW - she's an Aussie and a cutie with tons of personality and energy. She plays hard but when she sleeps (like she's doing in the photo) she just has to be up against me. Every animal I've been around has been like that. Cats, dogs, raccoons, mice, hamsters, skunks, snakes, goats, horses, ducks, rabbits, turtles, parrots and yes, even a pet tarantula. You name it and I've probably had it. Oh yeah, I've had lots of fresh and salt water fish too, but they aren't much fun to play with, they just kinda flop around on the floor and act like they can't breathe (come to think of it, my ex wife did that a lot too)

That's a new dog breed on me, though I'm no expert. Looks nice in a cool border collie type way.

Well my strings FINALLY came in… sorta. BassStringsOnline actually sent me a 5er set at the price of the 4 string which is AWESOME of him. I brought my 7ender to a local guy today, took some photos and video before hand. Gonna try to get a hold of the really well known guy just outside of town to bring my white TBird to. He's going to be a lot more expensive but I'm hoping he won't be half in the bag when I show up.

Kat - have you ever given thought to just cutting a wood block to the size of a bridge pickup then putting it in the pup cavity and covering it with a chrome pup cover and trim ring to match with the neck pup? Would look perfectly normal and probably really mess with the minds of bass/guitar players as they try to figure out how your control layout works.

Kat - have you ever given thought to just cutting a wood block to the size of a bridge pickup then putting it in the pup cavity and covering it with a chrome pup cover and trim ring to match with the neck pup? Would look perfectly normal and probably really mess with the minds of bass/guitar players as they try to figure out how your control layout works.

I said to just leave the second pickup in there and not hooked up. Wasn't a fan of the idea iirc

I like the minimalist look. With a bit of black pickguard or styrene there, no one will notice it. The luthier who did the new nut said he had a customer having a Tele pickguard cut at a plastic fabricator and that he'd let me know if was seriously cheap. I haven't heard, therefore I need to get on with it. I'm leaning towards the adhesive pickguard material.
