NiiiiiiiceGood question Fix, we'll see................But i'm usually a mixed bag sort of guy.
No idea of what the speaker cab had in it, sorry. Basically just hooked my wireless up to it and took off. All the acts used it. Asked the sound guy if he needed anything from me, just basically said no we're good to go.
Agreed on the tuner, I think it looks amateurish and I've told him so. He really doesn't care and the dude can shred so I just let it alone.
I plan on calling/emailing. But the bad thing about living in the middle of nowhere is my home phone is run off my internet (and it drops every call within a couple minutes) and my internet is a wireless signal coming into the house, so bad weather means bad internet, windy weather could mean my receiver gets knocked out of position so no internet or phone. Which is what happened on the weekend and hasn't been fixed yet. On top of that I have bad cell reception too.Call Hipshot. They have the information. I don't have the bass here to look at, so I really don't know which one fits.
I believe it's this one, but better to check than find out I'm wrong after spending money on one that won't work.

Sonics coming back?
Personally, I hope not. The NBA could fall off the planet and I wouldn't care at this point - As an organization they treated Seattle very badly, not that I'm a big fan, but that was a seriously douchie move and I'll never, ever support the NBA in anything it's involved in.
The Badbird is in Nickel, not chrome. BTW it kicks @55.

Yeah, we've been over this. I like the idea of it, but the aesthetics of it just don't work for me with how far up it has to go for the third bolt, plus it doesn't come in black. I like the black hardware. There's always Scott's 3-point BadBird replacement bridge with the tailbar, which looks the part.![]()
Wow - nice bird! It looks like a 60's II but has the 70's 3-point bridge. I also notice the T-bird on the pg is riding higher than on a Gibson. And is the nut wider than 1.5"?
Just ordered a Hipshot Supertone in chrome from Reverb. Next I will take the tone control out of the circut.
Once you start there's no going back.
...From another mother. Larry and I (his name is Larry) have played in bands together for a total of at least 20 years minimum. Really easy to work with, no ego, and he can kill it. He's recently modded that Jackson with a coil splittable humbucker of some sort, the thing can sound like anything from a Strat on steroids to very Les Paul-ish and anything in between, very versatile instrument. And yeah, I love the look of it. Makes me want a Jackson bird just for the headstock.Yeah man! Those are great shots! Nice to see the 'bird front & center
The guy with the blue Jackson... he looks like he could be your brother...
Getting a chrome Hipshot.
As far as new hardware is concerned, well, i like a bit of contrast.

JJR58, are you planning on keeping the Classic when the Vintage arrives?
Indeed I am Bob. I think it's a great bass.
