Maybe not, because the bridge itself is sitting flat, with height being set via the saddles.

I just figured if the ferrules are loose, nothing's gonna help them. But Kat has a point that the Hipshot lying flat might not present as much of a problem as the stock 3-point.

Tonehammer can be an amp, in which case it's permissible to talk about it, or it can be a standalone preamp pedal, therefore best not to mention it.

When I collected the Epi from nut surgery, I tried it out through an Aguilar AG700 which sounded quite good for a Class D amp.
