I’ve been into EN since pretty much the beginning, off and on. Kinda pretentious at times, but they are German :) Alex claims to be a ShackShakers fan, which is cool :)

But Alex’s bass sound!!! I read an interview where he said something like “Once I played a Thunderbird it spoiled me. It made my Jazz Bass Sound so tiny!”

I don’t have the Outhouse anymore. Sold it to a fan to start BNA Audio. Wish I had it back sometimes. Very unique bass

Yeah, that was me. Tried the "Screw Mac" product as Carlo calls it. It was basically India ink. Had zero success. Carlo posted a product he's used that works, it's made for dying leather. Haven't tried it yet, the holidays got in the way. I do intend to try it in January.

I am curious, what model did you end up ordering?

You folks are talking about the pace of getting stuff delivered. I got my buddy an amp on a black Friday deal. I had the tracking number from Fed Ex. It indicated that the package was left at his door in only two days. I thought it was strange that I didn't hear anything back from my friend. So, I called him - no package. I called Fed Ex. They ask me if he checked with his neighbors. I "politely" reminded them that it was a gift and that he was not in the delivery business - that is THEIR job. Sure enough, they left it at someone else's house. They managed to retreive it and brought it to him today. No apology and the surprise was ruined. So, I hope the new gear you folks are expecting finds its way to you (sooner rather than later).:thumbsup:

Crappy situation, but at least it was retrieved and it ended in the right hands :thumbsup:

Yes. I guess I am snarky because there are always rumblings here in the U.S. about privatizing our postal service. While it isn't perfect, I think it works pretty darned well all things considered. And this would be the alternative.

I wound up getting a 2014 ‘120 Anniversary’ natural. Put in a losing bid on eBay that worked out :)

Not terrible that it’s coming slowly. Kinda need a couple things to sell before it gets here and the girl finds out I bought it :/
