I'm sure I'll receive something other than praise from a number of you for this... but that Blacktop P-bass is the only Fender that tweaks my interest at all right now...
They’d have to get the PRS club inNah ... when it comes time to lawyer up, we hire the Sadowsky club to represent us. They can't act against the interests of their clients. Problem solved.
Since Thunderbirds are so muddy sounding all we have to do is surround them, plug in and play in unison. We''ll have them buried up to their eyeballs in mud in no time.I figured we could just claim that it wasn't our fault they got hit in the kneecaps with our Thunderbirds. Everyone knows these things are neck diving monsters. We just instinctively let go of the necks long enough to cover our faces in self defense, and pow, there went our TBirds tight into their kneecaps. In fact, we should plan a counter suit asking for reparations to fix all the headstocks they broke on our Birds.![]()
Right now it is -24 below and with the windchill it is -33. That for anyone outside of Canada translates to -11 F and -27 F with the chill.97° of your Fahrenheits here btw non international standards compliant Bird brethren.
I suddenly have a craving for pancakes.Headed back to Nashville! Gonna look like this for a very long time

No blizzards, so that’s nice
i played the T-Bird vintage Pro's maiden gig last night and i gotta say that i was blow away by how great it sounded with the full band. i ran it with both pickups on 95% of the time and it sounded incredible. it's one of the best sounding basses that i've ever owned (and i've owned over 100 of them over the last 49 years of playing bass).
Straight outta Fargo!
A friend has a Tele with a pair of P-90s and VVTT controls like a Les Paul. He calls it his Les Paul. It's a great sounding guitar.I'd like to check one of these TC-90s some day. It's about as Gibsony as a Fender can get

He got bored. There was nothing else to do. The picture is the one place there are trees on one side of the road. Most of the time, there are no trees, so you can't really tell what side of the road you are on. Or if you are even on the road. Why are you driving on the wrong side of the road?
She must have got telepathic when hit during the melee for a half head of cabbage. There's heavy traffic on the I-64 west of St Louis.
There wouldn't even be a bar fight. The discussion would cause us too much amusement and them too much perplexity for any fight to ever start. Not to stereotype anyone, but I find it very hard to believe the Sadowsky people are nearly as much fun as this group. Thinking we’d win in a bar fight. Just sayin’
On a Thinline, I'd definitely prefer humbuckers. Sam Fish has a pretty decent custom built Thinline with humbuckers and it sings very nicely.
That's not a saying... that's just dumbIs that where the saying “never take a Steinberger to an RD Artist fight” came from?

Well, she is a satan worshiping heathen. Um, not heathen because she plays a Thunderbird. So, there you have it.Never even saw it. That was some evil genius ninja sh!t right there
My Precision is an ill tempered beast. It's got a sweet voice, but if I don't keep it chained up, it beats up the neighbor's guitar. I had to free a piano it had kidnapped. Don't even ask what it does to the backs of singers' heads. If it's kneecapping you want, time to reach for the Precision.
NOICE!!! That's my favorite Grand Funk album! This is my favorite track:I have that very LP in my possession, with that cover it came in.

Oh, Carlo's "J solution" is on a whhhooooooole different level... but it's also on a whhhoooooole different price scaleYeah, but I was interested in the Blacktop J for a while. Though Carlos J solution seems better![]()
