Thunderbird Club

I figured we could just claim that it wasn't our fault they got hit in the kneecaps with our Thunderbirds. Everyone knows these things are neck diving monsters. We just instinctively let go of the necks long enough to cover our faces in self defense, and pow, there went our TBirds tight into their kneecaps. In fact, we should plan a counter suit asking for reparations to fix all the headstocks they broke on our Birds.;)
Since Thunderbirds are so muddy sounding all we have to do is surround them, plug in and play in unison. We''ll have them buried up to their eyeballs in mud in no time.

From an NBD thread

i played the T-Bird vintage Pro's maiden gig last night and i gotta say that i was blow away by how great it sounded with the full band. i ran it with both pickups on 95% of the time and it sounded incredible. it's one of the best sounding basses that i've ever owned (and i've owned over 100 of them over the last 49 years of playing bass).

Pretty glowing review from a guy who knows a thing or two

Why are you driving on the wrong side of the road?
He got bored. There was nothing else to do. The picture is the one place there are trees on one side of the road. Most of the time, there are no trees, so you can't really tell what side of the road you are on. Or if you are even on the road.

Not to stereotype anyone, but I find it very hard to believe the Sadowsky people are nearly as much fun as this group. Thinking we’d win in a bar fight. Just sayin’
There wouldn't even be a bar fight. The discussion would cause us too much amusement and them too much perplexity for any fight to ever start.

If it's kneecapping you want, time to reach for the Precision.
My Precision is an ill tempered beast. It's got a sweet voice, but if I don't keep it chained up, it beats up the neighbor's guitar. I had to free a piano it had kidnapped. Don't even ask what it does to the backs of singers' heads.
