I find that a straightedge, level, calipers, and a non-sleepy eye are usually OK enough to get close enough to make it not worth perfecting, but not quite perfect enough to not cause thinking about taking it all apart and doing it again.

If you can follow that line of logic, I'm impressed.

But with SolidWorks, you can rotate the item, and disassemble it, put in the density and specific weight (weight per unit of volume), and get the total weight. Apply colours, make minor changes without redrawing the whole thing!

People need to learn that "Upgrades" usually lower resale, not raise it. And the fact the neck has been 'buffed', is a big hit to resale. Plus no 'Make An Offer' option, I'd walk away instantly
