You haven't had a burger until you've had one of my open face Bison Bacon egg and cheese burgers smothered in venison chili.
It's truly a coronary delight. :)

I will attest, Buffalo/Bison burgers are excellent, as are steaks. It's just damn fine meat, very flavorful, not overly fat.

Bison? I once had a buffalo steak in SE Asia, I think they took it from the animals boots, because that was the texture.
Ground bison is actually very good, juicy and moist with more flavor than typical beef but not gamey. I've had many meals in SE Asia as well as China and Japan and with the exception of Kobe Beef in Japan I never got what I considered to be a good steak. Excellent fish, chicken, duck and even insects but never a good cut of beef.

Sounds good!

The connection between cholesterol and heart disease has been debunked. It was dreamed up by the sugar industry and confirmed by their paid 'scientists'. Unproven by any double blind clinical tests....but there's a lot of money to be made in protecting the average American's 120 lb. a year sugar addiction.

To be sure, I only ordered it because it was 'exotic' -- you don't go to SE Asia for the steaks -- and to be fair the beast had probably had a long and full working life prior to having its clogs popped. I'm nuts for venison, a degree of gamey is fine with me. Wild boar is too strong though.

I believe that's true for dietary cholesterol. Blood cholesterol is still relevant to heart disease, no? Not that the two have anything much to do with each other - that's part of what (I think) was debunked - eating it doesn't put it in your blood. Eating sugar and sitting around does. (As I recall it at least.) Right?

The “Mothmann” bass springs to mind... ;)

2 questions... WHAT??? ... and WHY???

Is not the Mothman an urban myth?

I have yet to see a picture of her playing it. Not that I scoured the internet for a picture.

Here’s a guy playing it:

Cool, but not as easy on the eyes :roflmao:
Be careful - There's another picture of the Mothman bass with that same girl holding it (while wearing a little less clothing) that will get you banned if you post it. Tread carefully. ;)

Really loving this Dunwich Bolt Thrower pedal a lot. Really want something spacey. Was set to grab a EHX Canyon, but we had our first snow/ice storm today, which throws all of Nashville into hysterical panic. Both my local GC and Sam Ash decided to close early. Space rock will have to wait a bit

Space Rock?

Best coffee ever was The Coffee People when i was back in PDX.

I have to agree with this.

Jack in The Box was kinda the same thing, those gut bomb tacos did the trick at 1 in the morning.

During my highschool years, many late nights were spent sobering up with Jack In The Box ‘tacos.’ Disgusting mystery meat creations that they are, ill still have one on a rare occasion, if only for nostalgia and I still love them :)

Sounds good!

Well, that worries me, given my lifestyle choices.
