Thunderbird Club

If I were to get a VP (I’m not), it would be the white one. I have been daydreaming about how to get another Cataldo :)
Just because the girl has been a good sport about me getting basses lately...I dunno, don’t want to find out the hard way where her breaking point is...
Need to clean up the music room bad...getting cluttered in there

That ain't clutter! That's some folk's version of Heaven:thumbsup:

You know, Seth Lover Humbucker Telecaster Basses are like TBirds, in a number of ways.
They are generally shunned and derided by the GP.
They have massive mids and bottom.
Jazz Bass guys hate them.
P Bass guys aren't sure what to make of them (or even generally how to even play them).
They have a thump and a half.
You need a good amp and cabinet system to handle them.
Most importantly, you can't be a heavy handed doofus and expect to get away with it. If you saw the thread about Victory Basses in the GP, you will understand. (I was really good I walked away).

Anyway, I know, useless without pics
Here she is........ the very bass in the clip of Under The Milky Way, my 73 Tele.
I know, I'll take some new pics.

BTW- see I told you guys I used be a Bassman guy.

@BklynKen -- over in FX the GP is moaning about the new DG AΩU you were so stoked about. There's no pleasing some people.
Exactly. Can't please everyone. I went over to check it out and fortunately it wasn't as bad was I was expecting. I generally stick to the regular Darkglass group here. It's a nice, respectful group and Doug sometimes posts in there. And generally the complaints seem warranted.
