Ouch! Ever play Asbury Lanes? That was the weirdest, coolest place. The stage was on the lanes, with people bowling on either side while you played! Really cool and punk rock. I still have a T-shirt somewhere

I played in a roller rink, it was a bit surreal. They skate in the same direction then after a bit they all change direction.

What a great song! I remember them, but not that song...super cool
Their first album was a lot bleaker than the later ones. It also has the original and better version of Independence Day.

Never played anywhere in NJ. But we have something like that here. Brooklyn Bowl. Hipsters....Ouch! Ever play Asbury Lanes? That was the weirdest, coolest place. Yeah, I’ve played there a few times. They do have good food! Played our own gigs there. Couple different openers were Monotonix, Defibrillators. We also opened for Reverend Horton Heat as well as Mariachi El Bronx there. One of my favorite NYC gigs was opening for The Damned. Irving Plaza, I think
