Jeff, you are much cooler than that Canadian fella with his testicles jammed in the plastic shredder.

He's in Australia. It's too early hereJeez... I didn’t get beers.

It's definitely Geddy.... right?Only one of those is cool.
But @hillerup is not in Australia... even if he were, it's the morning there. He's in Australia. It's too early here![]()
I had that exact same shirt and slacks in 1973.

Wow - judging from those two photos, Geddy improved with age.At the very least, a button up shirt, with only half the buttons done up...

Edit: Sorry that's not a button up shirt Geddy is wearing... short lounge robe maybe?
Love the Bassman 10! It's a 50w. Great sounding practice amp and has a beyond cool vibe for my little music room.Jeez that is a blast from the past. How's the Bassman 10 working out? Is it 50 or 70 watts?
Thanks man! I love this thing! I can't recommend 'em strongly enough... especially to someone with an affinity for hollowbodies!![]()
To it, you beat me. One point then to you, I give.
Pics or it didn't happen.I had that exact same shirt and slacks in 1973.![]()

That's the only other bass i can see you playing aside from a Bird as well. You had a '73?. Nice!!!
EDIT, Besides other Gibson basses.
Well if that isn't the cat's ass, I don't know what is!I really wish I'd kept it (I think we all have a story or two about the basses we should have kept!), it was a great player, and I beat the guts out of it countless times and it never let me down, the frets were shot and I'd worn the finish off of the fret board and the back of the neck. It went for pretty good money at BassNW, Steve Fossen sold it.
Meanwhile, domestic bliss on a sleepy Seattle Thursday includes cleaning the finger gank and oiling the fret board, plus new Ken Smith Rock Masters 45-105 for the '77, a little less clank than DR's but they more than make up it for with a lot of growl. '76s catch a lot of crap from some T Bird purists but I really like my two, played loud through a good amp with some careful EQ = drool

Why so on the '76s Mark?
'Does my bum look big next to these Birds?'
His coolness factor skyrocketed when he started smoking and drinking 24/7!Wow - judging from those two photos, Geddy improved with age.![]()

That cat! I'm so crazy in love with her, she's working me for an early dinner ( it's 2:15 in the afternoon here!), and won't quit meowing until I cave in and feed her.
