Thunderbird Club

Yes you would, its usually to be found hanging of some weird looking person with a moustache like the guy in here

I like this stuff... now that I know the mystery of the 7ender I can move on. Was he playing an electric bagpipe?! Incidentally Christine almost everyone had a mustache (except Stephen M. and crew). That was a cryptic clue. Maybe I belong over there, cause I always say "bumper" and not "fender". Bumper sounds more functional for what it is, and fender just sounds I guess defensive, I don't know.

Was serious . Thanks for filling me in. Is it like g***** for guitar or something?
Something like that. We are a irreverent bunch, don't take us to seriously. Hang around ask question we love talking birds. We don't bite..............to hard.

I think a moustache is a required item when playing a 7ender, even a false one is better than nothing, it's no coincidence that 7enders are so popular with Mexicans and why they have their own factory now!!

View attachment 3000326 Me whoring around with a 69 7ender Precision .
With tort no less! And smartly avoiding the dead spot on the G string. Nice '69!
I have a '68 that has the original Oly white (naturally aged to a French vanilla color with plenty of checking) and worn through just enough in a few places to see the also original 3TSB finish underneath. Apparently CBS finished a large number of basses in 3TSB and then, if needed to meet a specific order would shoot them again with a black or white finish over the burst. She's a smooth player and one of the few Tort equipped Fenders I have.
