I don't get it. If you ask a clown why they wear makeup, they'll tell you that it's to show on the outside, who they are on the inside. They are concerned only with bringing joy to the masses. A woman will wear makeup to conceal who she really is, and is capable of reducing lives to rubble and devouring souls. Somehow... it's clowns that get the bad rep? :eyebrow:

Of course I'm not saying all women will do that. I'm just sayin' that, in the real world... who do you have more reason to be afraid of? ;)

Anybody know any European women who enjoy clowning? I think I just figured out who my soul mate's gonna be...

But that kid in your avatar, not sure he's all that happy. :D

I guess it's safe to say that the slotted headstock could be had on either the short or long scale versions. The only questions is what years those versions were available.

I'm not sure the slotted hs was on ss EB's - anyone have the definitive reference source?
