No anger here, it's your bass, but W-T-F?!
Only to get hit by another quake when up in the hills or pushed out further east by fires..I can't imagine... living 1/2 block from the Pacific Ocean in the event of a possible earthquake triggered tsunami... definitely my '64 T-bird, '66 P-bass and my '75 Ampeg B-15. (and as many other basses as I could throw in the Element) and "head for the hills", which are relatively close - would be my goal.
ehemI’m not touching that!![]()
We aren't really from this planet. No matter what we do, it's probably wrong. Play bass and be happy. That solves all problems until it doesn't. Then it does again when you can start playing again. As it turns out, Seattle sits on some pretty big fault lines. We are going to get knocked around someday. Same with Mount Rainier. It will blow its top someday, and that will make quite a mess. Until then, it's fine.Only to get hit by another quake when up in the hills or pushed out further east by fires..![]()
That explains a lot. I wasn't a metalhead, and my son grew up listening to jazz. Poor kid. He's scarred for life.
That one's been here before!
I did not know thatThat one's been here before!

That's funny. I was listening to Hawkwind in my room once and my dad poked his head in the door and listened for about 10 seconds....he then goes "if you are listening to this your kids are going to be listening to atomic explosions"..I love my kids. But I'm afraid I just can't dig their music at all. For the most part, I mean.
I've been doing my thing for 50 or so years. What're you gonna do. It's not about being old so much, it's about having your own culture. Ta-da! Sorry kid... you know I love you, y'booger o'mine...
..bless his soul..That's funny. I was listening to Hawkwind in my room once and my dad poked his head in the door and listened for about 10 seconds....he then goes "if you are listening to this your kids are going to be listening to atomic explosions"....bless his soul..
Blasting Opa-Loka used to get a similar reaction from my Dad.
Funny. I wasn't familiar with that tune. Googled it and all google wanted to give me was "Opa-LoCka", which is a suburb on the n.w. side of Miami.Blasting Opa-Loka used to get a similar reaction from my Dad.
Hi there. Is that a custom PG? Reason I ask is no TB logo.View attachment 3145746
I've been meaning to post a photo of my Epi Classic for a while so, finally here it is. This has been my main player for a good 18 months now. So easy to play and rocks hard. I'm currently on the lookout for a Vintage but it could be a while as I don't like buying new instruments if I can avoid it.
