I’d hate to be the person that has to setup a throttle linkage for those carbs!

I’m trying to imagine driving that in a city!
I would say you'd need a spotter, except that maybe people would just get out of your way. I don't understand what those carbs really are. If they aren't sitting on top of a supercharger, then what's the point of having them way up there like that?

Those are reverse afterburners. At the end of the quarter mile they rise out from the hood and help stop the car.

Top and middle are rosewood, bottom untreated genuine ebony.

Fiebings Leather Dye. Yeah, cancer warning.

First, make sure fretboard is CLEAN. I use denatured alcohol and rough cloth.

Second , Apply 3 coats 10 minutes apart, careful, it runs, dont overload the applicator and work from the center of the board out.

Third, let dry overnight and rub with a dry washcloth to remove excess. Repeat if necessary. If you've done the first three steps correctly it shouldn't be.

Use a sharpie to obliterate dots.
Thank you, sir!

I think this specimen is a poor example, but a tunnel ram intake increases flow rates and top end horsepower but lowers torque (iirc). Completely useless and actually has negative effects on performance when on a street engine.

Edit: Actually there might be a supercharger under the hood

Might be. But with a hole in the hood like that, it should be up on top, where it belongs.

I recall some kind of hot rod that was built to look like a 'Bird. That would be better anyway.

Many mods people make to cars have negative effects on the street drivability. Think how that thing must handle!
