Ouch. As I've said before, it's nice to share...
you mean like Eskimos?...Ouch. As I've said before, it's nice to share...
And I only mean that in the most genuine, and wholesome, of ways.![]()
Found a Thunderbird classic Pro locally, for a pretty good price. I'm going to see if I can work it out... I've got to move an amp head to do it, and boy it's not much of a seller's market these days. We've spoken though, we'll see, she's a-callin'.
Wish me luck!!
Glad to see I’m not the only one gigging a FSO here. I played my Casady in the second set, but no pics.

Isn't that what they use to create Hard Rock?Oh dear, all this time I’ve been reading that as Blue Pills...
The sound man said it sounded better...I've seen a few JCs being played at big shows. They are a great instrument.
Everyone who hears my JC likes it. I had thought it unlikely that they were all very impressed with my playing...The sound man said it sounded better...

The guitarist in my cover band says it’s the most aggressive bass he’s ever heard. And that was with Chromes!Everyone who hears my JC likes it. I had thought it unlikely that they were all very impressed with my playing...

I find I have to keep the gain way down on my PF-50T or the JC will push the preamp into distortion. She’s hot!Yeah, the JC is not the thumpy rhythm machine that you expect from a semi-hollow. It has a great growl to it that would be quite at home playing metal/punk/classic rock. I think that most of the magic is in the pick up, but I am open to arguments for other factors. Come to think of it, my Midtown is not a thumpy rhythm machine either; it gets aggressive too.
Really? I've never broken a string. I did have a tape wound come unwound due to someone else's carelessness.HAHA!! I wish! 28 degrees outdoors. broke a D string. sucked, but pay was good..
I have the correct 6 numbers. The state keeps pickin' the wrong 6.Not having much luck with that.
Damn near killed him! Sorry, misread that word...
