I feel so important! Pictures of the PinkBird getting its new plumage has driven thoughts of ribbon mics out of my head temporarily. It is only temporary, but there you have it.

Well maybe a bit...yeah, I see what you’re saying, her style is similar to Chilton. Sound is a bit different; she plays Duo Sonics and Mustangs mostly. Alex was pure Strat AFAIK. She is GREAT live.
My deck died years ago. I do have a Dual table and a Technics table though...I'd join in but we'd need a cassette deck.

Does anyone have a supplier for black chrome pup rings? Thunderbucker Ranch, Stewmac and a few other places I checked only have nickel or gold. Or tort.
