nice! small though...been offered a part trade on the SVT (and 1540 cab) I recently got for the one on the left..
thing is, I've only used the amp three times and although I really like the EB, it's too small for my playing tastes so....dunno...

SS's aren't for everyone. And although i prefer the long scales, i get along fine with an SS.
Duke has a point of no pg on that reissue, think that'd look great.
If i weren't moving in 2 weeks, for 999. I'd be super tempted to pick one up.

The one on the left (in the photo, in your right hand in person) has banjo tuners. It must be a really and truly early one. I have thought about hunting down a birth-year EB-2, which would probably have a black bakelite mudbucker cover and banjo tuners. But, for the price, I probably won't. Especially with the worthless bridge that went on EBs up until about 1967 or 1968.

Small rant here...…..

For the most part, yes. There are some men's clothes (and men) that really do look sharp. I see lots of people through the course of a normal workday, its completely commonplace to see nicely dressed women (nice clothes, and nice ensemble) on the train, walking to work and coming in to my store. Men doing the same thing are a rarity at best, I don't mind saying that I enjoy seeing a well dressed man, it just doesn't happen often. Further, it seems as though men are not allowed to wear anything even remotely form fitting, as if we should for some reason be ashamed to show any hint of a figure, and were you to do so, you'd be thought of in less than masculine terms. I detest most men's pants, they're baggy and often fit poorly and are unbecoming for the most part, since starting my job in downtown Seattle I've never worn men's pants to work, ever. I wear women's pants, usually from Eddie Bauer, they fit nice , look sharp and feel really good on my skin. I have some nice kind of stretchy black ones from Macy's that I really like too, so much more comfy than any men's pants!
It's new dress day, that's for later...…..end of small rant. :roflmao:

TLDR, I don't like men's clothes!

I suspect (but don't know) that you typically see men in jeans and a t-shirt. Which is not flattering.

However, tailor made suits make almost anyone look sharp.

I actually wear fairly tight jeans, not because that's intentional, but because they eventually shrink.

Yeah, the jeans are shrinking...

I think the only one give seen was maybe Ken Smith??? famous for his 6 inch woofers. haven't really seen others. Will have to go to the EHX website.

I have the little Vox Amplug. It is a decent headphone amp. Nothing special - has beats to practice to and a line in. It does seem a little fragile. I also have one of the Blackstar Fly Bass amps. It is surprisingly good for the price and size. 3W so not very loud (6W with the extension speaker), headphone out for silent practice and line in for practicing to music. Surprisingly good bass response but too loud and the speaker farts out.
