Google search only showed one result for Rockbag on Ebay with a June delivery from the Orient. How old is yours?
Maybe 10-12 years(?). I got it directly from Dean guitars. It's made to fit one of their basses, but the dimensions are sufficient to hold my 67 NR(52"x16"). It's leather-or simulated leather(IDK).Inside dimensions of bag: 54"L x 17"W @ body end. It has a pocket at the headstock end to hold it in place. It is not a snug fit, but it'll protect yer axe from dings. IIRC it was designed for the Dean Metalman bass. You could try calling Dean Guitars(in Tampa).

I still use mine to take the bass to the shop if necessary instead of using the space eating Coffin case.

So I got up the local long and McQuade, they've got a used epi Thunderbird for about 419CAD before taxes. It's the neck through one with active pickups and a natural oil finish. I'd love to own this bass, but I've neither the reason to not the space for it. Can one of you guys please pick it up before I may be tempted to lighten the load of my wallet? ;)

Seriously, I've already got a parlor guitar because that's about all that can fit under my bed, and the way you can tuck your right arm onto that wing just above the bridge and it holds the neck at the perfect angle is just awesome.

Go Buy It!!!!!
