Thunderbird Club

Although you are not asking for set list suggestions...

ZZ Top - She Loves My Automobile
Queen - I'm In Love With My Car
War - Lowrider
Rush - Red Barchetta
Beach Boys - Little Deuce Coupe
Sammy Hagar - I Can't Drive 55
Wilson Pickett - Mustang Sally
If I may, "Baby,you can('t)drive my car".

I think I'm in Love with my Car is the way to go for this crew... however Red Barchetta may be more fun to play.

I think the beach boys list can a little longer than one song. :roflmao:

Great list. That was the song that sold me on Queen. A friend introduced me to it via Waffle House jukebox at 1am. I think we played it a dozen times that night.

There are dozens of songs about Cadillacs. We thought about a whole set of Cadillac songs but never got around to it.

Dwight Yoakam has at least two! Guitars & Cadillacs, Long White Cadillac
Johnny Cash ~ One Piece At A Time
Quiet Riot ~ Slick Black Cadillac

Could easily be done! Just would be a wide range of music!

Natalie Cole or Bruce Springsteen
Aretha Franklin
Imelda May
Chuck Berry (a couple at least)
The Blasters
The Clash
Etc...

If Elvis did not do one, it was a failure on his part. I can think of a couple psychobilly songs right off.

That's some art I can appreciate! Don't know how you did it, but it's super cool.

Used my (simple) Canon Elph 160 in the dark with a flick of the wrist - first shot, no post shot manipulation. :) I took a few more but that shot was the best one.

I wasn't intending either/or, I was intending all!

You could do a whole show of surf rock with nothing but car songs!

I’m out for a walk this morning, just a little outside of Sequim, Wa., an ancient wooden truss railroad bridge, once part of The Milwaukee Road. The second shot is from mid span looking south toward the Olympic mountains

Don’t forget Stevie Ray’s “Willie the Wimp”!
For an encore, “Elvis’s Rolls Royce” just to mess with their heads. <3
