New bass day :smug:
Just in time for matching Monday!

If the weather was nicer I’d take a matching Monday car pic.
Very well played sir!:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Excellent choice in make, model, year and color (same goes for the fliptop and the Mopar paintings).

I've only played one Bicentennial bird so I don't know how representative it was of the breed but it had a very aggressive cutting tone, very forward in the mix (might have had stainless strings). Should complement your non VP bass very well, the VP might be the middle ground, assuming the Bicentennial I tried was typical.

Would love to have you do a thorough shootout review of your three turtle doves as played through the fliptop.

:D Thank you :roflmao:

I do plan to compare all three when I get the chance!

I was wondering when it would show up. Enjoy it!!! I have been enjoying my 77 quite a bit since it arrived.
Hurricane Dorian put a bit of a holdback on the timeframe but it is here and I am VERY happy!

@Dr_Feelgoood212

Vince, you have a lair on the Tiki Trail in Queenstown???

Considering your colors, you'd be tangled up in blue?
Depends. I might get tangled up in real with a lot of black an a lime green edge. You never know. The sound of tangled bass player hitting the stage is a kaleidoscope of colors.

For whatever it is worth, Bob Dylan's voice is red brown with streaks of lighter and darker brown.

If you found THE remaining black '79, there would only be one decent thing to do with it.
Paint it black?
No, that can’t be it, even though it must be.

Also, I want a Stealth THUNDERBIRD. Too black to be seen at night, so it can sneak up on a song and BOM BOM BOM!
