The safest way to handle these peppers is to wear rubber exam-type gloves. I like to do the snap, for effect, which results in my wife rolling her eyes.Proper washing doesn't necessarily solve the problem.

Oh how I miss the smell of exploded electrolytic capacitors. And they make a very satisfying bang.
It's an internal mapping and timing technique.
You need to use the right soap. And the right soap is detergent (the good dishwashing kind that chaps your hands). And make sure you get everywhere - under the nails etc.Proper washing doesn't necessarily solve the problem.

Compare and contrast - why do you like yogurt better?I like that one better than the fried chicken.
Jeff will be right over.Yogurt? No.
Yogurt or sour cream can be eaten before the peppers coats the tongue and to a certain extent mitigates the heat, thus if one were to sit in some prior to the painful exit of said peppers you could expect similar relief.
Rubber gloves, that could be a fetish, I have a nice nurse's uniform.![]()
The only downside to over-specing your capacitors on voltage is an increase in size. And you can always double your voltage spec by connecting two in series.20uFd @ 500Vdc
