I have more bass guitars than pairs of shoes. That's partly because I have lots of bass guitars and partly because I don't have very many pairs of shoes.
I hear ya. I have little to no interest in shoes except out of necessity, whereas the interest in basses is...is.... Very normal. People that don't have several are the oddballs and need counseling.
 
They need to get off their stodgy &*%$# and offer some other colors, unlike Uwe, I collect for fins. Would it kill them to do a Non Reverse...….
One less route, one less pickup, one less potentiometer it couldn't be any fng easier. A VP nonreverse, ah one can dream.
 
I know i've posted this before. And V knows this bass if i remember correctly. I'd really like to see Epiphone do this.

It was done by Joe (Chromium), it started as a BaCH, he skinned some Gibson pickups and used '76 covers - really beautifully done. As I understand it, the bass is now owned by someone else on the East Coast.

Yes, Gibson or Epiphone should do this - Slam dunk. Hurry up and take my money!
