Thunderbird Club

I exist in Canada. Have to go to Vegas to live... :roflmao:
I kinda need a beach...

On occasion I've seriously thought of having everyone stand during certain meetings where some want to talk more than necessary. (I typically read my mail standing in my office so as to not get too engrossed in anything not that important.) Thunderbird related email always requires sitting.
people feel scolded on those...IMHO not much gets accomplished....great idea though..

1. How much really gets accomplished at meetings anyway?
2. It reduces the time-suck of those low productivity meetings.
3. Often the point of meetings is a group scolding of varying levels of severity. ;):D

When I was in the Army, one of my COs had his office set up in three distinct areas.

There was a table and chairs that extended out from his desk. The "getting orders" area.
There was two armchairs and a coffee table. The "fireside chat" area.
And then there was the hard wooden chair beside his desk. You could see that chair all the way down the hallway. That was the "gettin' in s#!t" chair.

The ramblings of Never got over Hendrix upstaging him. He's just putting others down to build himself up. Not surprised one bit.
Seems Pete has apologized, rightfully so. Time to move on
Idle hands, devil's workshop.

That sounds fantastic! Well done! Even makes me rethink '76 pickups ;)

I remember Uwe saying that a '76 really needs a big amp and some volume to really come alive and I'd agree. I have that amp turned up in the video, surprised it didn't blow up the iPhone!

I would agree as well and that is precisely what I did not have in '76 when I bought my '76!

Paul Rodgers-such an amazing singer. I love playing "shooting star". That song never wants to end.
I've really enjoyed delving into Boz's playing and like working on my fretless chops however limited they may be.

I saw Paul Rodgers about a year ago. I like Free and Bad Co but I would not classify myself as a huge fan. I was really impressed; great stage presence, kept the audience with him the whole time and still sings incredibly well. I enjoyed it far more than I expected to.
