Had my EpiBird 5er on TB and Reverb. Sold thru Reverb. Hardly any interest on TB.

I know nothing of the ebbs'n flows of the used bass market on TB, but I can tell you the local market here is awful. Took over a year to sell a near-mint Squier VM 77 Jazz with hardcase, Hipshot bridge and XTender. Was originally asking 500$, got a few offers, most of them lowballed. Got fed up and dropped the price at 400$ and finally got rid of it yesterday. Pedals are also harder to move.

That's really cool! A banjo I don't have but I love messing around with my mandolin, uke, and clarinet .

I used to have a clarinet - a Yamaha, a wood one too, pretty darn nice. Like an idiot, I sold it. Wish I had kept it though. Enjoy yours! Cheers!

Just splashed for earplugs... bought 2 different sets, I'll return the set I don't like as much.

I have narrow ear canals, these two offered the most options for size.

I think that as long as you use *something* reasonable you're in pretty good shape.

When I started going to live music again after a decade hiatus several years ago, I invested in a set of D'Addario ear plugs (-12dB). I suffer tinnitus as a result of partly a misspent youth and mostly from loud bangs while in the military (ahem). The D'Addarios don't seem to make thing a lot quieter but do something as my ears do not ring for a couple of days afterwards. When I take my daughter to music, I make sure she wears a set of 7ender ear plugs (-32dB).
