Thunderbird Club

I wish that bass was Inverness Green or Pelham Blue, it's an Orville that's been modified to look like a '63 Gibson, with a two point and tail piece. Other than being a set neck it's a pretty faithful re-creation. Personally. I wish it still had it's Orville TRC (it has a Gibson), I got from Curt Traynor (that fantastic bassist from the Detroit area that plays in the Youtube I posted 40 or so pages back) through Last Bass Outpost. It's a lovely bass, you don't see them in the States much as they're from Japan and weren't meant for export to the U.S., frankly it's way better than it's American counterpart in just about every way.

Cool... So, did I get the other 10 right? ;)

You'll need an on/on switch with 6 lugs underneath

Here's the guts.

Man that's some work in there!
I have just done a series parallel push pull mod on a split 51 pickup (single coil shape but has 2 coils side by side- neat eh?) for my 69 Telecaster Bass. I can go humbucker or single coil with a push/ pull and externally she looks no different and no drilling etc required).
I know how fiddly that stuff is- this took 5 hours.
Sorry for the Fender content.
In my defence, it is one that is unlikely to appeal to the masses and there is no tort or flats involved.
