Same pup just getting the lead Cleaned up so When I donuse them they are ready to go. The other one read the same.It suggests the pickup is working.
The value depends on the pickup. The TB +s I took out of my 08 Gibson Bird were around 9.7 K each. the China Buckers are a bit lower. Some pickups are higher- 13K is not out of the ballpark.
From your pics it looks like you are testing a few different pickups because the leads ends look different. Is that so?

It shouldn't. The only thing I'd be curious about is whether you blasted those with aluminum oxide or not before coating. If they're coated over chrome, it'll chip easily (but your coater likely knew that and prepped them properly.)![]()
From a Gibson bird. Bought them from Wolfkeller.As Gaolee says they are fairly hot then, if the reading is accurate. What type are they?
