Just giving back to the club - Lots of spare time on my hands right now. Glad you enjoyed it.
It really should be a FAQ. Is there a button to click to do that?

Well it's just a typical Gibson burst on this one. However, I would be more than happy for you to get it and be able to use it for a while. At least somebody would be enjoying this Thunderbird instead of it riding around the Southwest in a truck!
I think the US Postal Orifice (pun intended) should market the unique ability they have of making odd routing decisions. Maybe put a vintage Steamer Sticker on the box for each location it lands in.
LOL - dagrev's package when it arrives at his door...

The neck is with my CD.That's a bit short. Is the neck next to the body in there, or in a separate trunk?

I checked with the post office - They said no problem, it fit perfectly, and they really liked the detachable headstock design. That's a bit short. Is the neck next to the body in there, or in a separate trunk?
If you're looking for new food options during this pandemic...I strongly recommend Lou Malnati's pizza from Chicago! Best. Pizza. Ever.
You can order it online and have it shipped anywhere...it's all my Dad wants for his birthday, Father's Day, and Christmas gifts after he moved from Chicago to Florida many years ago.

Update on the post office and the Thunderbird. Just got an update that the Thunderbird arrived in a Los Angeles post office today. Keep in mind it was supposed to come to Louisville, Ky and be here yesterday. Last I checked on the map that's the opposite direction. So for some reason it took literally one week to get from Phoenix to LA (less that 400miles, but still in the wrong direction)! I know some shipments go to larger locations because they are shipping hubs, but Phoenix is no small city and I don't imagine LA is a shortcut from Phoenix to Kentucky. I'm certainly glad I'm keeping those government workers busy.
It was supposed to be ground, but unless they put that thing on a plane it will be another week before it gets here. Assuming they can figure out which way East is located.
Will they match?UPS says......My new Thunderbird will be here tomorrow.
A new dress is showing up as well, coincidence? I think not!

They opened a shop in Phoenix. I haven't had a chance to try it yet but my friends that moved from Chicago recommend it.
A couple weeks ago my daughter had the same thing going on with a package. It was due for delivery the next day. The next day it was in Chicago, not Phoenix. Chicago was out of the way for a package coming from Texas. It showed up a few days later, but much later than tracking originally claimed.
They should contrast nicely the Bird is Cherry, the dress is white and black. I have been working out like an idiot to look good in it. Sunday may be video day since it looks like rain, we'll see how the Bird sounds with the SIT strings you sent.

I like it. It will look like I've been on a huge West Coast tour and we made our way East back home!I think the US Postal Orifice (pun intended) should market the unique ability they have of making odd routing decisions. Maybe put a vintage Steamer Sticker on the box for each location it lands in.

Oh, Lord no!The neck is with my CD.
Get your camera ready for the pics you're going to post here!To my happy surprise, the Goth Flying V and Coffin case sold together!
4 offers, three on just the guitar. My favorite was the auto-rejected offer of 45% of what I was asking.
That covers a good portion of the cost of the THUNDERBIRD CP[1] that should be here tomorrow!!!!!
Just call me Giddy Lee.
[1] That's in white. Might need to select it to see it!
The headstock might be gone due to some PO accident and they just glued the CD on to cover it up.I checked with the post office - They said no problem, it fit perfectly, and they really liked the detachable headstock design.
