The official initiation rite only involves a grass skirt and coconut bra. Some of our Canadian friends enjoy watermelons a bit too much and would have you believe that there are initiation rituals that utilize them - it is a complete falsehood![]()

That is a Goth. It has a switched out pickguard. It came from the factory looking like the pic below. They are nice basses. It is hard to tell the condition from the pics. Going rate in SoCal for those in decent shape is $200 to $250 if no case. $300 would have to be excellent condition. Price does vary depending on where you are. They are discontinued as of this year, but there are a lot of them around. I’ve encountered several that were “played hard.” Check it carefully if you decide to go for it.2007 Epi Thunderbird made in China. Guy wants $300. Fair deal?

I know I saw it by chance at the store and it I knew at that moment I needed itWelcome to the club!
Every time I see a white bird I say to myself, gotta get me one of those. Just such a classy color with the body style.
Excellent! Congrats. Looks to be a Classic Pro with a Hipshot bridge and Gibson pickups. Nice score. I’d be interested in hearing what you perceive as the difference between the pickups in your bolt-on and your new one.Playing bass since HS but fell in love with Thunderbirds I have an Epiphone Thunderbird IV sunburst and this beauty by Epiphone
If you luck out and find a trashed VP cheap, get the pickups from that. Otherwise, what Chucky said!
Only two, but love both! Don't have black or Pelham Blue!Deal alert!
Sweetwater has $70 off a demo VP (ebony). Not a great deal, but these are almost never discounted, so if you were going to get one anyway. I mean, how many here have more VPs than Scott?
I'm casually looking for one of those. Might seriously consider cannibalizing it one if it's a good deal.or a trashed Embassy
