Hello!
May I officially join? It's a new 2019 'Bird, bought at the end of this Thunderbird Thursday (technically it's already Friday in my part of the world). Impeccably built, plays like a natural extension of my limbs (except the highest fret or 2), doesn't neck dive whatsoever with the included leather strap (I wish my previous SG bass came with so many accessories!). Sounds like a grand piano acoustically; plugged in it gives a very Who's Next vibe even with stock pickups, only brighter (no post production rolling off treble). Even the tone knob sounds great! Easily the best bass I've ever owned (and possibly played).

That pg just screams ! Love it
Thank you, I made that one from some styrene stock that I cut out and painted metallic purple, after drying I masked the broken neck buzzard with tape and shot it white. Finished with 6-7 coated of gloss lacquer, 2000 grit sandpaper and more lacquer to re heat it. The original PG has a nasty scrape across the logo, thus the need for something new.
Let us know about tapes on the ‘15 please. Inquiring minds want to know.
