Happy birthday!Thank you my Queen!
My eyes are just dry. I swear!Something could happen with my band, but Frank (my man) will not be part of it, he's learning the guitar, loves Explorers so he bought one. We won't get married until folks can safely gather, so that means it could be awhile and we're ok with it. I proposed to him because I didn't want anymore of our time together to pass without his knowing how much I love him.
That got gushy, sorry......Thunderbird.

Thanks!Happy birthday!
I've been playing some prog metal and stumbled upon a bass that, I had known before, but my memory of it kind of faded away. The Dingwall D-Roc (Thunderbird-like body). They are pretty expensive, but I'm compelled to get one... Have any of you played it?

I'd feel fine with one of these if I were in the market for one. I believe the parts are made in China, but then sent to Dingwall in Canada for inspection and/or final assembly. There are a couple of guys here that have/had? one, I think @Thumper did. There are more budget minded versions in addition to the Canadian made ones as well, I think there was one in the classifieds about 3 weeks ago.
