Awesome! Even with the present circumstances I'd develop a small cough and excuse yourself from work today - to be on the safe side.

I remember picking up a Gibson Thunderbird one day, when I was just an upstart, dumb, lad, while fantasizing at Ed's Guitars on Bird Rd in South Miami, and being bewildered at how anyone could play such an ungainly, sprawling thing. I loved, was intrigued and fascinated by the lightness and seeming fastness of it. How cool was this?? But, how to play it?? And this one had some kind of serious neck-dive...
Of course now I wish I'd bought it.

Ok, carry on. :)

My '89 with the stock pickups, I'd quite forgotten about this recording, our guitarist did this remix. While the bass may sound a little clanky for some tastes it's always interesting how it rides in the mix with the whole band.

Scratch and sniff here.

Yeah, I definitely think it works here! Love this version. :woot::hyper::drool:

Oh man. Made my day!

You have to see them! Go two nights. The first Night at the stage.

The second Night further back to take in the whole mix. I love them.

That'll likely take some driving, unless they actually play here twice. But maybe they'll play here and San Antonio, that's only 1.5-2 hours each way depending on where they play.

OMG! Ed's. Hadn't thought about that place for years.

I’ve not seen her play that bird before. She usually plays her burst with the giraffe or her other burst when I’ve seen her. She also has a white one. The Red one looks to be an ‘18 with a Babicz. That’s a good video. I was going to see that show when it returned to LA. Alas it didn’t happen. That may have been their last before the shutdown?

I saw the white one in another vid. I watched the interview with her where she went through her rig. Super chill interviewee.
